Quick and Delish Recipies -
#1 : Sweet Potato Bites:
Ingredients:
Sweet Potatoes
Greek Yogurt/Coconut yogurt
Method:
Take 1 cup Sweet potatoes - Peeled, Boiled and lightly Sauteed
1/2 Greek Yogurt - Add in 2 tbsp SCTSavoury Mix + extra salt to taste
Transfer potatoes to a plate and server with yogurt
# 2 : Avocado dip
Ingredients : Avocado, Lemon Juice and SCT Savoury Mix1
Method
Mashed Avo to make a smooth paste, add half a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix in 1 tablespoon of SCT savoury mix1. Have it over toast or as a dip with chips
# 3 : Omelate
Ingredient : Eggs and SCT Savoury Mix 2
Method
Crack an egg into bowl, add SCT Savoury Mix 2 and whisk away! Salt is already there so extra not required. Make a srambled egg or omelette. This will come out with a rich and cheesy taste.
# 4 : Zucchini and Apple Salad
Ingredient : 1 Zucchini, Apple(Or Pear)
1 Zucchini : grate it using a grater, Microwave on high for 30 seconds and add a dash of lemon to slowly absorb the flavour for about 10 minutes
Take a bowl : add roughly chopped Apple, add the Zucchini, Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of SCT Savoury Mix 1, Mix well and enjoy the sweet and salty salad.
