This was done for a 29 year old female. Her symptoms were not being able to concieve, irregular cycles, weight gain, hair thinning. She practiced seed cycling and also given myo-inositol also known as vitamin B8(2000mg) and folic acid supplements (200μg)
She became pregnant after 6 Months the above protocol.

Research
On effects of flaxseed on female hormones
The authors observed that in the group supplementing flaxseed extract or ground flaxseed, the intensity of symptoms associated with menopause significantly decreased compared to the control group.
Having flaxseed irrespective of having or not having HRT treatment, improved the symptoms of PMS.
