This is to be consumed from 15th day of your cycle up until you get your periods. If you haven't had your periods in a long time, then align seed cycling with moon's phase.

coconut flakes ,
nutritional yeast
baja sea salt & white pepper.
It is made using Australian with local and imported high quality ingredients in small batches. The mix is coarsely ground to give a good texture.
