SCTSavouryMix Part1 is to be consumed is consumed when periods start on day1. This phase is also called Follicular phase

This is to be consumed after ovulation or from roughly 15th day of your cycle up until you get your periods. This phase is also called Luteal phase.
For females in perimenupause or menupause or if person haven't had period in a long time, then align seed cycling with moon's phase.
